There is a garden surrounding Tsugumori's cafe and accommodation building. The playful Tsugumori Garden was created by Michio Wakui. We asked him about how he ended up settling in Komoro after moving to the United States and about Tsugumori Garden.

Tsugumori's cafe and accommodation building is a simple black building, but once you step inside, you'll find a relaxing and comfortable space. This space was created in collaboration with Sansuisha, a company with its headquarters in Nagano City.

The rice served with the curry at Tsugumori is Gorobei rice, a famous local brand of rice. We spoke with Shimizu-san of Sakusaku Farm, a producer of Tsugumori rice who grows rice without the use of pesticides in an environment close to nature.

The most attractive feature of Tsugumori is the view of Saku Plain and the Yatsugatake Mountains from here. The logo was also created based on the scenery that is the origin of Tsugumori.
