Notice of Business Operations Change

Thank you for always choosing Tsugumori Cafe.

Thanks to your support, our cafe will celebrate its 3rd anniversary in July 2026.

We started as a small cafe with no prior experience in the restaurant industry,
but we have continued with the desire to provide our customers with a relaxing time in this location, which offers a panoramic view of Yatsugatake and Saku Plain.

As we faced the challenges of daily operations and preparations, we considered how to best continue to cherish this place, and as a result, we have decided to change our operating hours and services starting from June 3, 2026.

■ Business Days
　We will change our regular closing days from Wednesdays to Saturdays and Sundays.
　*We will be temporarily closed on Monday, June 1st and Tuesday, June 2nd.

■ Business Hours
　10:30 AM - 4:30 PM (No change)

■ Menu
We will discontinue serving curry, which has been very popular,
and from now on, we will primarily offer:

・Quiche
・Plate dishes featuring vegetables, meat, and fish from Shinshu

While we are sad to see curry go,
we are preparing new menu items with great care,
cherishing our desire for customers to "enjoy the view, garden, and cafe space to their heart's content."

We will be introducing more details sequentially, so please look forward to them.
