New Menu Announcement for October 2024

We would like to announce our new menu, available from October 3rd.

<Tsugumori Chestnut Anmitsu> 7.50 yen (tax included) with mini soft serve 1,000 yen (tax included)
This anmitsu cake is topped with chestnuts simmered in their skins from Tsugumori and marron cream made from Komoro-grown "Porotan" chestnuts. It also includes thick apricots from Shinshu, Sakuho-grown adzuki beans that are boiled until plump and seasoned in multiple changes of water, red bean paste made from Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans, soft serve ice cream from Nagato Farm, and chewy shiratama rice dumplings. Enjoy the luxurious flavors of autumn with only your favorite toppings.

<Tarte Tatin with plenty of Komoro apples> 700 yen (tax included) with mini soft serve 950 yen (tax included)
This tart is made with locally grown apples, sautéed in butter and sugar for about an hour to bring out their flavor, and topped with almost an entire apple. Enjoy the change in flavor with caramel sauce, cinnamon, and fresh cream.

<Botchan Kabocha Pumpkin Soup> 220 yen (tax included)
This soup is the perfect match for curry. Onions are fried until sweet and then simmered with pumpkin. The rich sweetness fills your mouth, making it a true autumn blessing.
