September 2024 New Menu Information

We would like to inform you about our new menu, available from September 5th.

<Shine Muscat Anmitsu> 1,000 yen (tax included)
This seasonal anmitsu is made with Shine Muscat grapes from Ueda City, Shinshu, and Nagano Purple grapes from Sakuho Town. Both are seedless grapes that are a specialty of Shinshu and can be eaten with the skin. Their jewel-like jade green and deep purple color add a touch of deliciousness. It also comes with Sakuho-grown adzuki beans, which are simmered in multiple changes of water until plump and then seasoned, along with red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans, soft-serve ice cream from Nagato Farm, and chewy shiratama rice cakes. Enjoy the luxurious seasonal flavors topped with only your favorite ingredients.

This nutritious pumpkin pudding is perfect for fall. Enjoy the change of flavors with the mildly sweet pudding and fresh cream and cinnamon.

<Broccoli soup from Mr. Koyama's farm near Tsugumori> 220 yen (tax included)
This slightly sweet soup goes perfectly with curry. To bring out the flavor of the fresh broccoli, it is seasoned with a little salt, consommé, milk, and roasted bacon. It is available both hot and cold.
