Chestnut picking is popular!

Before we knew it, the air was turning to autumn, and Tsugumori has also entered autumn.
Acorns drop their fruit every day with their leaves still attached, and finally chestnuts have started to fall as well.
Tsugumori chestnuts are wild chestnuts. They are rustic and simple, but they are quite large. The shiny nuts burst out from inside the husks.

We would like our customers to enjoy these abundant autumn bounty, so at Tsugumori we welcome you to come and pick chestnuts.

Hats, tongs and take-home bags will also be provided.
Most of the people there are families with small children, but it looks like a lot of fun.
Some people apparently went home and immediately made chestnut rice out of it.
